An e-shop that grows with your sales

For retailers whose current solution has stopped keeping up. Either it can't do what the business needs, or you pay disproportionately for every change. Typically it's an e-shop that already sells and, as orders grow, picks up more manual work: retyping stock, checking payments, products entered twice. Or a retailer who wants different prices for wholesale customers, their own configurator or a connection to their ERP, and is told the platform doesn't support it or that it will need an add-on with a monthly fee.

If you sell a handful of products, your current platform is enough and nothing around your orders is done by hand, don't change it and save the money. Most smaller e-shops are fine with a ready-made template, and switching platforms without a specific reason tends to be an expensive mistake. We have our own e-shop platform, ECOMMIO (ecommio.sk), which we have been developing since 2023. For you that means three things. We don't start from zero, so we build faster and cheaper than pure greenfield development. We develop the platform ourselves, so we can add the feature your sales need: wholesale prices and business accounts, a configurator, or a connection to POHODA or Money S3. And you pay a monthly fee for the platform with no revenue share and no minimum term. Every e-shop has its own processes, but the shared foundation underneath has already been through live operation.

B2C and B2B e-shops, product configurators, membership and club systems. Selling to businesses has its own requirements: price lists for a specific customer, orders placed by several users, order approval before dispatch, invoices with payment terms. If you need them, they belong in the specification from the start, because adding them after launch costs more.

• Catalogue. Variants, categories, stock and pricing. Filters and search find a product by its parameters too.
• Product pages. Price and availability are shown the way Google and AI assistants need them, and related products are suggested automatically.
• Orders. The whole flow from basket to dispatch, including statuses and notifications.
• Documents. Invoices and credit notes as PDFs, with a QR code for payment.
• Discounts and customer care. Coupons, a loyalty programme, reviews, returns and complaints.
• Content and administration. Pages, sections, menus and a blog. The admin can be run by a non-technical person.
• Background work. Invoice generation and bulk e-mails go through a job queue so they don't hold up the customer at checkout.

• Warehouse and ERP. Stock levels, prices and orders sync in both directions, so you don't sell goods you don't have.
• Payment gateways. Card, bank transfer and cash on delivery, including the methods common in Slovakia. Each payment method is connected and tested separately.
• Shipping and pickup points. Carriers, labels and parcel tracking.
• Feeds. Product export to price comparison sites including Heureka, matching what is actually in stock.
• Accounting. Documents reach your accounting system without retyping.

We migrate products, customers, orders and ratings. Anything that can't be transferred automatically, such as reviews from a closed platform, we tell you about upfront. Your old e-shop keeps running the whole time and we switch over only once the new one works and the data matches. We always build a 301 redirect map from the old product and category URLs, and it's included in the migration price. Migration is not part of the Start package; we price it by scope, from the Essential package up. The plan also covers training your people, because they know the old admin by heart and the new one is different.

Your e-shop runs on ECOMMIO, which we operate and develop. You pay a monthly fee by plan from €69 incl. VAT, with no revenue share and no minimum term, and the rental terms are in the contract upfront. Daily backups and support in Slovak, by phone and e-mail on working days, are included. For accounting, the admin can export products to CSV and orders to XML for POHODA, Money S3 and OBERON.

• Website audit, free. We go through your current e-shop, analytics and marketing and tell you what we would tackle first. If we don't recommend switching, we'll say so plainly.
• Specification. Scope, integrations, price and timeline written down in a document. The document is yours, even if you have the project built elsewhere.
• Build. We build in parts and you see them as we go. An e-shop takes 5 to 10 working days from the approved specification, depending on scope and catalogue size.
• Launch and measurement. We migrate the data, train your people and launch. Then we track the numbers we agreed on.

Implementation and specification prices exclude VAT; the monthly ECOMMIO fee includes VAT. You get the exact figure after the specification, and then it holds.

• Essential €2,499. Template adjusted to your brand, up to 200 products, product import or migration.
• Custom e-shop from €2,499. B2B, integrations and larger scope based on the specification.
• Custom e-shop specification €799. If you also have us build the project, we deduct its price from the project price.
• ECOMMIO monthly fee €69, €129 or €249 incl. VAT by plan, with no revenue share and no minimum term.
