A tool built around your process, not a process bent to fit the tool
For companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and patched-together off-the-shelf tools. You usually recognise it when someone rewrites data from one system into another every day.
Customer and partner portals. Booking and ordering systems. Internal tools for a specific workflow. Dashboards and reporting over your data. Calculators and configurators. SaaS-type products, if you're building your own software.
The specification comes first, because for applications a price without it is completely off. Then we build in parts, so you see working pieces along the way and can speak up before everything is done the wrong way round.
Whether people actually use it, how much time it saves, and whether the work someone used to do by hand has disappeared.
What people ask us.
Can we start with a smaller scope?
We recommend it. We build a first version with what's truly essential, launch it, and add further features based on what shows up in real use.
Will you connect it to our existing system?
Usually yes. It depends on whether it has an interface to connect to. We find that out during the analysis, so it isn't a surprise halfway through development.
What about maintenance after launch?
An application isn't finished at launch. Either you manage it yourself with our training, or we handle it as part of a growth partnership.
