Who it is for

For companies that have a reason to be on their customer's phone repeatedly. A loyalty programme, orders, bookings, service. And for companies that need an app for their own people in the field. An app makes sense when you need notifications, offline use, access to phone features, or a loyalty relationship with the customer.

Who it is not for

For most companies a good mobile website is enough. If the customer needs to find information, send an enquiry or order something and none of that requires phone features, look at our Custom websites and Web applications services. If we find that an app will not help you, we will say so. If you are not sure whether to go ahead with the project at all, we can deliver the specification on its own, without you having to build with us.

What we do

  • Design. The user interface, how users will move around the app and what has which priority.
  • Development. An app for both iOS and Android.
  • Publishing. The App Store and Google Play, including preparing the assets and resolving review comments during approval.
  • Integrations. We connect the app to your backend and existing systems.
  • Development and maintenance. We keep developing the app after launch.

Native, or both platforms at once

We choose the technology based on what the app has to do. A cross-platform approach saves money for ordinary apps. For demanding graphics or deep hardware work, a native solution is better. The decision is part of the technical specification, together with the architecture, integrations with other systems and the speed and security requirements.

Who owns the code and data

You do, once the project is paid in full. It is in the contract. You get the repository, data and access at handover. So you can run the app yourself or hand it to someone else. You can order further development from us, but it is not a condition.

Security and personal data

Your data stays yours. We work with the least access needed and what happens is logged. We follow GDPR.

How it works

  • Specification. We write down what exactly gets built, how it should behave, by when and for how much. It covers the scope, features, integrations with other systems and the criteria for saying "done". The document is yours even if you have it built elsewhere.
  • Development. We build in pieces and you see them as we go, not only the final result. A change to the brief is priced and you approve it before we make it.
  • Publishing. We prepare the assets for the App Store and Google Play and resolve review comments during approval.
  • Measurement and growth. After launch we track the numbers we agreed on and keep developing the app. Handover is not the end.

Where we use AI and where a human

AI speeds up our research, data processing, part of the code and design variants. A human decides what a good solution is, what suits your brand and what goes out.

How we report

We agree the numbers before we start. During the work you see them regularly, not on request. When something is not working, we write to you before you ask.

Who we are

We are a team from Bratislava. Most of the work runs online: a call, a shared screen, a shared document. We have built projects for clients across Slovakia and abroad.

How we measure it

How many people download it, how many come back after the first week, and what they actually do in it. The number of downloads alone means nothing.

Common questions

What people ask us.

Do we really need an app, or is a website enough?

For most companies a good mobile website is enough. An app makes sense when you need notifications, offline use, access to phone features, or a loyalty relationship. If we find that an app will not help you, we will say so.

Native, or a single app for both platforms?

We decide based on what it has to do. A cross-platform approach saves money for ordinary apps. For demanding graphics or deep hardware work, a native solution is better.

Will you handle publishing in the stores?

Yes, including preparing the assets and resolving review comments during approval.

How much does a mobile app cost?

A simple app with one main feature costs from €999 excl. VAT. For a larger app you get the exact figure after the specification, and then it holds.

How long does app development take?

You get the deadline in writing in the specification, once the scope is clear. The specification itself depends on the size of the project: a light one takes days, a full analysis of a larger system takes weeks.

Who owns the app's source code?

You do, once the project is paid in full. It is in the contract and you get the repository and data at handover. We will not make it complicated.

What if the brief changes during development?

The change is priced and you approve it before we make it. You will not find out about it from the invoice.

Who looks after the app after launch?

You have the code and access, so you can run it yourself or hand it to someone else. If you want to handle it with us, further development is the growth partnership. It is a separate service, not a condition.
